What Tomo is

Tomo (tomo.voyage) is an AI travel-planning service operated by [Legal entity — to be completed before launch]. You describe a trip; Tomo generates a day-by-day plan you can edit, budget, and share. By using Tomo you agree to these terms.

Plans and prices are AI estimates

Itineraries, budgets, and prices shown in Tomo are generated by AI and are estimates only. The booking site always shows the real, binding price and conditions. Opening hours, schedules, and availability change — verify anything important before you rely on it. Tomo gives no warranty that an itinerary is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Tomo does not sell travel

In this release, Tomo itself sells no flights, stays, or activities. “Book” links take you to third-party providers (such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Stay22, and Travelpayouts partners) via affiliate links; Tomo may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Any booking is a contract between you and that provider, under the provider’s own terms — payment, changes, cancellations, and complaints all go through them.

Your responsibilities

• Check visa, passport, health, insurance, and entry requirements for your destination yourself — official government travel advice is the source of truth, not an AI itinerary.
• Verify prices, times, and availability with the provider before booking.
• Travel at your own judgment; Tomo is a planning aid, not professional advice.

Shared links are public

Sharing a trip creates a link that anyone holding it can open — treat it as public. Don’t include personal or sensitive information in a trip you intend to share. To have a shared trip removed, email hello@tomo.voyage.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Tomo: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or overload the service, no scraping or bulk extraction, no probing or circumventing security, and no using shared links to distribute unlawful or harmful content. We may withdraw shared trips or restrict access that violates these terms.

Liability

Tomo is provided “as is”, free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of Tomo or from decisions made on the basis of an AI-generated plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. [Legal entity, registered office, and competent court — to be completed before launch].
